Ok, so, for those of you who may be new to this idea that is called “Cash gifting”, it is basically the act of giving away cash. However, there is a lot more to it than the obvious, probably more than you have ever realized. When you give away a sum of money to someone, or to a financial entity, and it is given away freely and privately, it is called cash gifting. Traditionally, cash gifting is free of consideration or coercion, and is sometimes referred to as “cash leveraging”.

Despite what you may think, this is a fairly simple system.  It is not like a corporation, because there are no shareholders, investments, or securities involved. But, it is not like a business either, because there are no business names or locations, and there are no directors or officers. In a way, cash gifting is just a group of people teaming up together and to support each other in an effort to help change lives.

Is it Legal?

Did you know that in Canada and the United States, you have the right to give cash as a gift? Yes. You do. This is a question nearly everyone asks when they are considering getting into this home-based opportunity. In the United states, our right to give cash gifts are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. By law, we can give up to $12,000 every year without being tax liable. Not only that, but the receiver of the gift doesn’t have to include these gifts in their gross income.

Now, with that said, not all cash gifting programs are legal. It is important that before you join one, you find out how the system works, and see if it is in line with what the law allows. All the ones we talked about above are legal, and so are many others. The fact is that since the 1up system was developed, many individuals have met with great success in a completely legal atmosphere using cash-gifting systems.

Unlike other work at home systems, where people do arts and crafts, sell stuff, or handle large volumes of software or something like that, many people actually make money and succeed in the cash-gifting system.

So simply put, one person sends a cash gift to another person so that the other one too can begin to receive cash gifts. To join a Gifting Program you must gift your sponsor to get into the system. There may also be some administration fee you would pay, amount depends on what tier level you sign up for.

Believe it or not, some people join gifting programs out of sheer desperation. Many join up by borrowing cash form banks or friends. Always keep in mind the addional costs involved to have access to the website and back office. Costs of self-promotion are also necessary.
